The notated trill in the solo part (E to F#) represents scale degree ^2 (syllable Re) embellished by its upper neighbor note. This is standard for the end of a cadenza: Re is expanded as the melodic note of a prolonged dominant chord. Though the cadenza is not notated, listen to it anyway.
