Comment on LESSON 1 - Generally the content is fine, and your explanations are very clear. (Good presentation.) However, the emphasis should be more on the musical example rather than on the explanation of the concepts. We've already learned about the definition of the embellishing tones; it would be better to have that be quite a bit shorter, and have the discussion of the musical example to be longer.
ReplyDeleteComment on LESSON 2 -- Again, content is generally correct (and you make very effective use of powerpoint in both lessons!), but it should have more emphasis on the musical example. You did not say which of the four types of six-four chords is the one that you circled in green; that's a pretty important part of the analysis.
