I'm sorry about the sections where the audio is gone, but I think you can tell what I am trying to say if you look at the animations and what is being circled or pointed at.
The content here is fine (though I might add that the RESOLUTION of the chordal 7th isn't just by step, it's DOWN by step). The chord preceding V7 in this case is the cadential 6/4 (you called it I6/4, but we should always remember to specify what type of 6/4 we're dealing with). I was able to follow along even without the sound, though it would be better to have sound, preferably including audio of the example (which I don't think you had).
